Today's webinar was a "10" also. I printed it out and I now have the "tool" I needed to develop a Career Development Plan and execute it!! I emailed it to my Mentor so we can follow it. It dawned on me a few days ago that my prayer for a mentor really has been answered! Through this Mentoring program, I actually have three mentors!
